Shipping & Returns


K9 is serious about minimizing your machine downtime. Our goal is to help our customers by getting their machine back up and running as quickly as possible, which is why all orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST ships the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST or weekends will ship the next business day.

Rubber Tracks are shipped free to states east of the Rocky Mountains. Customers ordering rubber tracks located in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY will need to pay an additional shipping fee at checkout.

Shipping rates will vary based on sprockets, rollers, and idlers. This shipping fee will depend on the items purchased, the weight of the items purchased, and how the items will be shipped.

No matter the location, K9 will do its best to ship and deliver rubber tracks, sprockets, rollers, and idlers in a timely manner, while utilizing the most widely available means of transportation.

Qualified Areas for Free Shipping

Many of our products are advertised with free shipping. Please note that this only applies to shipping addresses located east of the Rocky Mountains, within the 48 states of the United States. All areas outside of this, including Alaska and Hawaii, will need to pay shipping fees to deliver to these locations.

Valid Contact Information

We ask customers to include a valid contact number at checkout. Many of our heaviest deliveries are made by shippers driving large trucks. The drivers of these trucks will need to schedule an acceptable period of time to make the delivery, so that the customer can be present and sign the order.


Please try to provide a business delivery address for rubber track shipments. These addresses are preferred by carriers and are much easier to navigate. Customers will also avoid any additional residential shipping fees and receive shipments faster. Nevertheless; K9 will be gladly shipped to a residential address with the understanding that additional charges may be incurred for residential delivery and other services. K9 reserves the right to charge these additional fees after purchase if the shipment is delivered to a residential address.

If a valid business delivery address cannot be obtained, K9 will be more than happy to ship orders to the nearest freight terminal for pickup. This allows customers to avoid any residential delivery fees.


K9 accepts returns for items that have not been installed in a machine and are in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers will be asked to pay for return shipping and will not receive a credit for any outbound cargo paid on the original purchase. Nevertheless; 100% of the purchase price of the original product will be paid. K9 does not charge restocking fees. Once a return is received, customers can expect to see a refund within three business days.

Any items received due to K9 shipping errors or any other errors on our part will be shipped back to K9 at our expense!
